COWBOY AROUND IN CRAIG, COLORADO - September 8th – October 3rd 2008 Learn to perform horse dentistry in the free open space of Craig, Colorado the Elk hunting capital of the world. We will be working on the Sombrero Ranch located 8 miles west of Craig, where our students will provide dental care for 200 – 300 horses during the class! Bunk housing and meals can be provided at the Sombrero Ranch in true working ranch style. This is your chance to live like one of the working cowhands on the ranch. Many adventure opportunities - horseback riding, hiking and sightseeing! OPTIONS: Package deal includes text books, tuition, housing and meals, costing $6,995. Unlimited opportunity to take part in many outdoors activities like trout fishing, horse riding, hiking and whitewater rafting, to name but a few. We will be working on the horses of the famous Sombrero Ranches in Longmont. Our students will provide dental care for 200 - 300 horses during the class. We will be staying close to Longmont, CO which is about 43 miles from the Denver International Airport. Cost includes books and tuition at $5,995 for four weeks. Students travel to nearby horse farms with the instructors and Dr. Hyde to develop their skills by observing and assisting in the performance of equine dental procedures on 200+ horses.
